Gary White has been awarded a certification for Client Service, where third party surveys are sent to his clients to evaluate his service. The surveys are anonomyous so he has no idea which client responded and what they said. The survey results can not be impacted by Gary or his company. Gary voluntarily signed up for the survey service to better serve his clients.
