I have taken the time to review the pros and cons of this practice of the so called "FSBO".  For Sale By Owner properties have been with us for as long as real estate has been bought and sold.  So why are so many Realtors concerned about this type of sale?  It reduces the possible income a Realtor can earn.  There it is that simple and on the table.
