Seller's looking for options

Today's market can be considered one of the most difficult for sellers or one of the best....depends on how you view your selling options.  We are seeing homes selling, FlexIt Realty offers sellers options in marketing their homes.  If you are already under contract these options will not be available to you until your listing expires or your contract is terminated by either party.

Today's market is something that many Realtor's have not faced before.  Then throw in the number of foreclosures and short sales in Michigan and you have plenty of competition for the same buyer.  That means a couple of things if you are a seller.  You have to have better market exposure to attract the buyers that are not looking for a short sale or foreclosure.  You also have to have great exposure to make sure that the buyers that are looking know your property is for sale.

Why would a buyer not want one of these bargain priced homes?  Simple, these homes are usually not maintianed.  The foreclosures nearly all need repair and are sold "As Is" so if a buyer is handy and that is what they are looking for as a buyer then they are not looking at your home anyway!  But what if your home was promoted and the "bargain hunter"  found that for a few thousand more they could move in and immediately enjoy the home of their dreams...would that turn their head?  You will never know unless you promote your property.  FlexIt Realty has programs for sellers to promote their own property or we can do it for you through our "full service" listing programs.

You have choices....you also can sell in this market.  You may sell for less but you will also buy the home you really want for less too!  When you look at the market you have options.
