News Release, Gary L. White of FlexIt Realty� has been awarded the designation of "Accredited Home Stager".

Gary completed his home staging specialized schooling in the month of December 2008.  Gary says, "home staging can add 5 to 8% in a homes perceived value according to studies.

Gary's has earned other real estate specific education to increase the value and service he brings clients.  These designations are: Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, Accredited Buyers Agent, ePRO, QSC, Short Sale Specialist and now AHS.

Gary says, "the designation is only important if you use the knowledge and information to better serve your clients."  Gary ranks in the top 1% of the nation in real estate specific education, yet his focus is always on how to better serve his clients.

He is going to continue his quest to increase his knowledge to better serve clients.  We asked Gary...are you considering more specialized classes?  His answer, "YES....I have a couple of other specialized classes so I can ad video training to my website so clients will be able to tap in 24/7 and learn quick easy steps to help them buy or sell their property."  Gary continued, "In these economic times people need someone on their side that has knowledge and understanding of their situation. Being trained in "Short Sales" has been a real help to clients.  They know I have represented and sold homes by clients just like them."
